London: The Capital Of The United Kingdom

London is the capital of the United Kingdom and the largest cities. Located on the River Thames in southern England. Live in the city of about 7.5 million people, of whom about 2.7 in the interior districts of London. With a population of 12599561 inhabitants with the surrounding area (Statistics 2005), making it the largest city in Europe (without Russia and Turkey) and one of the most important centers of political, economic and cultural. University of London is the largest university in Britain and Europe, with about one hundred thousand students and contains a lot of colleges, which are administratively separate from the university.
